Clearly not made in Wisconsin with pride.  But all kidding aside this is absolutely terrifying.

Fortunately the only injury was a woman being hospitalized for a broken leg at this amusement park in Cap d'Adge, France.  The other rider was unharmed.

The video clearly shows the bungee snapping on the first downstroke at about the 42-second mark.
