Dr. Karen Altekruse brings over 20 years of combined experience in business leadership, entrepreneurship, and service to Executive Excellence, LLC. She has an MBA with a concentration in Executive Coaching and a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies. She received her executive coaching certification from Bellevue University, is a licensed roundtable facilitator, and is certified to coach the One Page Plan® and Gallup’s Entrepreneurial Profile 10® Assessment.
