Luke Fehrenbach and Kash K. were recently tasked with an assignment to represent Maid Brigade in their search for space. With the current lack of inventory for flex space under 5,000 sf, Luke and Kash knew it was important to quickly identify all options in the market and move diligently through discussions and negotiations with Landlord’s. Luke and Kash were able to identify a desirable opportunity at 1903 S 77th St., in West Allis that was not only recently renovated, but also provided a “hard to beat” location with easy access to the freeways that service the Metro Milwaukee area. Their client had made it known that location was everything, and that in this industry “time spent on the road is lost money”. Congrats to Luke and Kash for identifying their clients’ goals and finding a location that met their needs. On the same note, Luke and Kash were tasked with representing the space that Maid Brigade was downsizing from at 1966 S 4th St, a 7,154 sf Industrial Flex Space. The space was offered for “Sub-Lease”, and again because of the lack of inventory, and the quality of the space, it quickly became evident that every prospect wanted a long-term deal beyond the Sub-Lease term being offered. John Mazza of CBRE brought forth a client of his and was able to negotiate a 5-year direct deal with the landlord, effectively relieving Maid Brigade from any further rent obligations at the space. A win win on all fronts. Congrats to all involved!

Signed lease at 7161 N Port Washington Rd in Glendale! Michael A. Testa, CCIM client moved to Wisconsin from out of state to open his new business; he enlisted Mike's help to find the perfect space for his new business to thrive. The team quickly identified the right space, and worked diligently to get the lease to the finish line. JUST LEASED! Congrats to Luke Fehrenbach and Michael A. Testa, CCIM on another successful lease signing. Happy Earth Day!    Thank you to our charity committee for organizing this event, in partnership with the Tannery Row NID, Milwaukee County Parks Friends Group, and neighborhood volunteers.    The Ogden team got out and cleaned up under the bridge and on the Milwaukee River by our downtown office. Thank you to the employees who volunteered over their lunch hour! It was great to have involvement from different divisions including our PMD Maintenance, the Element84 team, and corporate office. 

Congratulations to Sue Sardina for brokering a new lease for Great Lakes Hemophilia Foundation. It was a big move from their longtime office at the Versiti Blood Center in Milwaukee to their new office at 12700 W. Bluemound Road in Elm Grove. The GLHF, is a nonprofit organization that provides advocacy, financial support and assistance for clients with bleeding disorders. Thanks to Patti Stevens who represented the Building Owner Annex 127, LLC. Ogden Construction Group, LLC will be handling the Tenant Improvements.
