Adam and Tim were our Service Technicians. They came well prepared and answered every question I posed. Adam and Tim GOOD JOB !! To Terry I would say, Your people did a service on our house ( Generac ) you can be proud of. Adam installed our Generac System 2 years ago, and continues to deliver the same service every customer hope’s for. He’s without question a terrific reflection on Schulz an an asset to your company. The tech that diagnosed my furnace problem, Brady, was professional, courteous and thorough. Schulz Heating was prompt in responding to my situation. Cory and Colton brought the new furnace out and installed it, staying late into the evening to make sure everything was working properly. They explained everything and made sure I was comfortable in understanding how the new furnace worked. Again, very professional. Now we have to wait for spring to get the heat pump installed. My wife and I are very satisfied with your company.

Schultz heating and cooling replaced my boiler with a new unit. It was a great experience with effective communication through the entire process. It started with a Sunday service call. The technician was extremely helpful and had a positive attitude. Brady was his name. He was able to get the quote started for a replacement. The following day they followed up with a few different options and explained them all in detail with no sales pressure. Three days later, they were at my house replacing our boiler before a cold week arrives. The install went great. High quality fittings and quality craftsmanship from people that care about their job. Purchased a new furnace and central a/c unit. Installation was prompt and efficient - unfortunately a manual was left in the furnace and it incinerated and caused a great deal of smoke - I was worried how the management would react to this matter and they were EXCELLENT - sent a technician in to ensure the furnace was safe and not damaged - offered to have a professional cleaning company come and clean the carpets - remove the smoke odor (we ended up agreeing to use an ultraviolet light system which Schulz provided and left for over a week in our home) and professional dry cleaning of the draperies in our home. Things happen in life and when they do - I'm certainly glad I used and had this company on my side. I'm proud to know that there are business people in our community who stand by their work and service. Thank you!! Chet J. Haatvedt

I've finally found my go to Heating and Cooling company. Schulz Heating and Cooling in Antigo. My furnace was emitting a bad smell out of the exhaust vent. I called Schulz's and talked to Alyssa and she contacted Cody the technician told me to shut it down because it was a cracked heat exchanger and would be dangerous to run due to carbon monoxide. Then a talked to Linda and she got the ball rolling on locating a new heat exchanger and setting up a time to replace it. Within 2 days Cody, a professional technician had my furnace was up and running like brand new. Wow, what excellent service.! With Cody the technician, Linda and Alyssa this is the definition of a great team to work with. These are the people that make their company Great!!! I can't thank you enough!

Schulz Heating has done a very good job for us. Their office ladies were able to help me get my new C.B. wood boiler ordered and setup for delivery in a timely manner. The installation of my new boiler was done by one of there installers (Corey) and I must say this man was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the process of installing and in the operation of the unit. The weather outside that day was not nice at all, but he continued to work as quickly and professionally as if it was a nice sunny warm day. Again, Thank You Corey!
