I was traveling for a client last week so just published my thoughts from #HMPS25 in Orlando the week prior. Here's what I took away about: ✈️ AI as a "Magical Copilot" 📊 Value-Based Care and The Rise of the Payviders 🌫️ "Breaking the Brand Blur" 💡 Innovating for Younger and Older Consumers 💖 The Trust Imperative In the end, HMPS was a passionate reminder that everything we do —*whether it's using AI, building value-based care, differentiating our brands, caring for younger and older consumers in the ways that they need, or countless other things — should be about building trust with our consumers and team members. I feel hopeful that the growth of #ValueBasedCare and #PopulationHealth in particular will go a long way towards helping us all build that trust. [*em dashes NOT from AI.
